Ratan is a seasoned expert with over 25 years of expertise in designing and deploying infrastructure technology solutions. At ThoughtSol, he holds the pivotal role of providing technical vision, direction, and leadership, overseeing the development and implementation of our services.
Before co-founding ThoughtSol Infotech, Ratan held pivotal leadership positions in several renowned firms.
His core strength lies in designing & deploying Data Centre Infrastructure Solutions ranging from Data Centre Transformation, Server Virtualization, Storage Optimization, Data Protection, and Network & Cybersecurity Solutions.
Academically, he holds a Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University, Bangalore.

aviation industries. Before co-founding thoughtsol infotech, she held key roles in corporate
affairs. Her diverse background has equipped her with extensive knowledge in relationship
management and business development.

management and team building. Coming from a humble family background, she is known for
her hardworking nature and successful track record in the industry. Her extensive

Saket Vohra

Saket is a seasoned IT professional with an impressive 28-year track record in the industry. Having worked with leading IT services companies, he has amassed extensive experience in global standards and practices, sculpting him into a formidable leader. His leadership extends to project management, where he led the implementation of ISO 20000 and 27000 certifications, showcasing his proficiency as a lead auditor and trained master professional in 27000 standards.
Saket's hallmark lies in his innate ability to grasp customer nuances and provide bespoke solutions, fostering trust and loyalty. Armed with a wealth of experience and fortified leadership acumen, Saket remains steadfast in his mission to deliver unparalleled value to clients within the dynamic landscape of IT.

Yogesh boasts over 27 years of profound experience in IT System Integration, with a specialized focus on the Government, PSU, Defence, and Education sectors. His expertise lies in effectively interfacing with pre-sales teams to tailor product solutions to precisely match customer requirements.
With a track record spanning global organizations like Dell India, where he managed Government Business across multiple states in North India, he has honed his skills to navigate the complexities of government procurement processes.
With an extensive background and a knack for fostering strong relationships, Yogesh plays a pivotal role in propelling the government sector initiatives of ThoughtSol towards success.
Academically, he holds a Degree of Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University and an Honours Diploma in System Management from Apple Industries.

B.N. Murthy has amassed over 23 years of professional experience in the IT industry, holding significant roles in leading IT services companies. Throughout his career journey, he has cultivated strong leadership qualities and exceptional customer relationship management skills.
Murthy's expertise extends to setting up new territories and business units across South India and he has adeptly managed large teams overseeing service contracts, support, and professional services. Known for his self-driven approach and profound understanding of customer needs, he ensures timely delivery of solutions and fosters team motivation with his positive attitude.

With over two decades of experience, he has held diverse roles across India and Singapore. Since 2005, he has been stationed in Singapore, overseeing operations across South Asian and SEA countries while managing in-country teams across the regions. His strategic vision and leadership have played a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.
Previously, Ashish led international operations at a senior level, spearheading business expansion and operational excellence. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is a dedicated fitness enthusiast who views fitness not as a hobby but as a lifestyle.

With a B.Tech and PGDBA degree along with ITIL certification, he has successfully led
various strategic roles across India and global markets. His proficiency spans IT services
management, cloud and infrastructure services, large-scale business operations,
financial management, and customer retention. He is responsible for ensuring seamless
service delivery, profitability, and overall client satisfaction.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Gupta is passionate about traveling, long-
distance running, and cycling. A dedicated marathon runner, he thrives on challenges
both in business and in endurance sports.
